Hybrid Sauna — Sarasota

The Hybrid Sauna at The 24th Hour Sarasota combines infrared and traditional heat in one restorative session. Infrared warmth works gradually while classic sauna heat creates an enveloping experience designed to support circulation, recovery, and a calmer nervous system.

Sarasota members use the sauna after movement sessions, between demanding workdays, or simply as protected time to slow down. The format is available independently and also fits naturally into a recovery sequence with cold immersion or red light.

No choreography and no pace to follow — just intentional heat and enough space for the body to reset.
