The Matcha Bar at The 24th Hour Sarasota is an in-studio pause built around ceremonial-grade matcha and intentional wellness drinks. Stop in before Reformer or Yoga for a considered start, or stay after class and let the ritual extend the reset.

The Sarasota menu keeps ingredients clean and purposeful, with drinks designed to sit naturally alongside movement and recovery. You do not need a class booking to visit; the Matcha Bar is also a welcoming place to meet, slow down, and connect.

It is a small but important part of the studio experience: wellness does not have to end the moment your session does.
